Cannot log-in.

Hi ThemeForest.

I am writing from this account, because i am getting very frustratet, at the fact, that i cannot login to my account, where i just purshaed a template . ..

I have made a password reset 5-6 times, and tried to log in, and i fail every time. Each time, the response is; Wrong account and/or password (Or what is says):

I have double checked account acc and pass by using the (lost password & Lost account button).

It would be really nice to get some support, since the ticket is taking forever to be answerd, and i would like to make a use of my purschase.
