An making an update to an sorft rejected theme and it keeps giving me this error :/

Please review the following issues that occurred: WordPress Theme style.css is missing Author header WordPress Theme style.css is missing Version header WordPress Theme style.css is missing Description header

Any idea? I have tried to delete stuff and change the description and all that jazz and its still giving me the error. Here is the header:

Yeah its super weird. What I did is create a new style.css file and use the info of one of our other themes and it worked :/
