Hi guys, i want to buy canon dslr but confuse in these 600d and 650d models to sort which one is better or best for my needs. what i observed 650d just heave extra feature like touch screen + auto focus video other then 600d have all features same like 650d.
Guys basically i am MediaScience student and i have these courses in my BS program: History of Cinema & TV, Copy Writing, Audio & Video Techniques, Introduction to TVC & Filmmaking, Camera & Lighting Techniques, Script Writing & Screenplay, Concept & Storyboarding, Sound Design, Short Film Making,
so based on above subjects what is your thoughts which one is better (600d vs 650d) with price comparison. which one you like to use.
hm as far as I remember there is not much difference between these two, especially if you run Magic Lantern on them. I would take the cheaper one.

600d?
yes, the cheaper one is much likely the 600D
Of course 650D. It has following advantages:
- Touch screen
- Video autofocus
- Better light sensitivity
- Better boost ISO

Ok, I didn’t remember that. But the video autofocus is nothing I would use, it simply doesn’t work very well. Touchscreen is personal taste, I prefer physical buttons.
I used 550d for 2 years. the 600d is very close to 550d. the 650d is bit better. however the main part is photo quality is the same. so if you want to save money , just come with 550d.

the articulating screen is a big plus and 550d doesn’t have one, so I would consider that if choosing between 550d and the other two.
i have 650, awesome!
ooH better ISO 650D but 600D feels nice to me
