Canon DSLR 650D or 600D, need your reviews

WAOn ..friends your experiences cleared me that value difference between 650D and 600D. My mind is now set for 600D with its default basicall lense 18-55mm, And will bought more lense later then.

Actually my advice would be to buy just body and something better than kit-lense, even if it means you need to buy some older camera or 2nd hand. It will give you better results.

you mean just buy 660D body and purchase seperate lense? and if i purchase seperate lense which mm lense will be meduim good for student level and what price of it?

webdesignerart: You can consider Nikon’s D5100 also. Its equally good but cheaper and it has more lenses available and prices are relatively lower than Canon.

But as much I know Nikon has NO CHANCE to be compared with a 600D regarding the video! And: The kit lens is not extraordinary cool, but it’s so cheap, it’s very good for the price you pay!

matsteiner: Totally agree. But apart from the video, what you think about the D5100 compared with the 650D? I have read somewhere that it has much higher image quality than 650D, is it so?

Crossroad: I don’t didn’t compare them regarding the photo cababilities. I’m not sure if it’s much higher. I think both of them have their beneftis.

oooH Nikon seems winner but i know nikon pictures color are like warm colors but in canon its more flouricent.

And what about video featured like 600d have?
