Canon was the first who did good quality video recording DSLR for reasonable price. But it was 3-4 years ago. Now there are other good option from Panasonic, Nikon, etc. But first one get most profit.

My advice: spend more on lenses than on body.
Having a 1k body with kit lenses makes non sense.
Good photographs are taken with the lense.

If buying a 600D in your country can save you a considerable amount of money to invest in better lenses, then go for it
. Otherwise, if you already had lenses and have no plan to buy more lenses then go with the best body you can pay for.
In U.s Canon price are cheap or in Asia like (India, Japan, Pakistan)
