I just got contacted by the buyer who managed to get a purchase in before this all went wrong, they cannot download the file either from their “downloads” section, so it seems that the file has become unset in the database or similar?
There’s an update in the queue, if any staff member can get this set in place so I can get a few sales before Milli disappears off the front page that would be awesome
I’ve got to admit, I’m starting to lose my cool on this a little now. It’s been over 13 hours since buyers have been unable to do anything with my theme despite the initial first sale. I’ve contacted support multiple times through the day and not really had any real answer as to what’s happening.
The homepage is moving now, I’ve been contacted by multiple buyers now confused why they cannot buy my theme. Should I delete and re-submit it?
I’m lost now, it’s getting into the night here now and it basically looks like I’m getting screwed out of my initial homepage exposure and initial sales by a bug, who knows how many sales have slipped by so far? I know at least 2 have, the reality is probably more than this.
Christian, thanks I appreciate it.
Thing is, I’m off the homepage now & still no-one can buy the theme.
Should I just delete it at this point? Will I be allowed to re-submit?
