I keep getting the:

Hello

You’re here coz we’re making some big backend changes to the Envato Marketplaces! We’ll be back in just a minute or two. Thanks very much for your patience.

Eventhough there’s no real problem, my profile works via mobile. I tried deleting all cookies related to Envato & Graphicriver. This annoying issue happens once in a while on my crappy firefox (newest version) and I don’t know why.

It’s like the direct address of my profile is bugged within firefox. I can’t even enter my profile while I’m logged out of my account.

Hey Elad!

We had a really brief period of downtime just a few hours prior to your thread, during which time the Robot maintenance page was displayed.

I’m thinking all that’s happening is that Firefox is showing you a cached version of this page. Would you be able to try clearing your browser cache (Ctrl + F5) and refresh? Failing that, could you restart your internet router and try again?

If that doesn’t work, feel free to open up a Support Ticket and I can bump it up to our Devs for you

It also happens to me too sometimes when I edit the collections from my profile page.

Regarding maintenance of the marketplaces, maybe it could be a useful idea to display (before taking the marketplaces down) a discreet top banner saying “We will be down for maintenance in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1…. minutes” with a counter. At least for the scheduled maintenance.

Thanks a lot guys, I managed to fix the issue. I guess it was a cached page showing by firefox.
