I am attempting to reply to comments on my product detail page in the discussion area – I tried hitting reply, and tried just entering a comment – every time I get “Something Went Wrong”
Please advise as I do not wish my customers to think I offer bad service and do not reply when I attempt to answer everything within a 1 hour period.
Anyone else having this issue?
