I purchased a beautiful theme tonight to use on Wordpress but I seem to be having difficulties installing a new theme. it says Unpacking the package…

it can install but on preview nothing come out …. and when i install my page is blank and i cant acess the admin to recover it

Broken Themes

You are probably trying to install the entire packaged bundle rather than just the theme itself. Unzip the file and you should find another folder inside with the name of the theme, a documentation folder, etc.
Just upload the folder with the name of the theme to your WordPress site.

As you said nothing is there which means that you have not installed WP properly on your domain hosting.
Quick other questions: You are sure you bought the WP version not the HMTL version? You are not using a Wordpress.com site are you? i.e. this is going on your own private domain and hosting?
Where are you seeing the “following themes are installed but incomplete” message if you do not have WP installed?

You shouldn’t be uploading the jphotolio-bundle folder. Open that folder and upload the jphotolio_v2.03 zipped file that is inside. Also, if you open up the documentation folder and open the index file you will find detailed instructions on how to install and set up the theme. Hope that helps
