We have been bombing the forum with the https / facebook issue in the last months. I guess all authors are alerted about the move, but only since a few days FB has definitively locked the http apps. Just in case someone missed this url (useful both for authors and customers) i leave again this url:
http://social-server.com/index/I’m afraid i’ll be considered the “nerd of the FB templates”. Always there is a forum thread about this theme i’ve something to say.

Hey Pez,
Wondering if you could help me out. Im using a couple of Flash facebook pages on my facebook page here…
https://www.facebook.com/TeachersPetUKThe pages seem to be working fine at the moment, however, do i need to make any changes to the server serving the files to facebook, or will these pages continue to work. They use the OLD FBML style.
Cheers

Hi Jay.
Funny, didn’t realise the https move has not affected the old FMBL apps. All works fine on your page. The main problem you can find is that sooner or later FB will deprecate the FBML , and you’ll need to move on iFrames and SSL , i’m afraid.
But meanwhile, enjoy the exclusivity!

Thought that was what had happened, i guess it would be wise to anticipate the inevitable time when the pages will require iframes and ssl. Ill get to work on updating them
Cheers!
