Does anyone know how to do this? By default, it is just set to fade in I believe. I’d like to just use slideDown and slideUp.

You have to pass a custom animation parameter to the plugin, like this:

$('#menu').superfish({
 animation:   {height:'show'},  // slide-down animation
});

Oh that worked, but I’m not sure how it specifies to use slideDown. What if you wanted a different style or one from easing.js?
