Change of the username

Good evening everyone,

I would love to submit some of my items to the marketplaces soon, but unfortunately I have registered with a completely wrong username month ago, when I only was interested in the referral program and still had a failure website. Is there any way to change my username or would I at least be allowed to create a new account with the username of my current and future website? Thank you in advance for your help, it is highly appreciated!

Contact support@envato.com. Tell them that you want to change your username. In case someone is already using the username you wish to change to, you should write multiply usernames that you can prefer.

You can change username only once. Chose wisely…

Of course you can create a new account. You don’t have any items so that’s the fastest and easiest way.
