As suggested, starting a new thread. Lots of you may know that the site switcher is really hard to notice, and for first time users it can be really hard to find.

So here is a nice solution provided by CrackerJack :

What do you guys think? I say that this solution is better, and much more noticeable than our current site switcher. Would help people switch to other marketplaces easier , don’t you think?

Devs? Any help? If more people agree with this, can you guys make this happen?

I think there is not enough space for this… We must assume that Envato will grow and more icons will need to be placed here but there will be no space… Maybe we should just increase the width of switcher? Something like this:

Why doesnt top left marketplace logo work exactly like the top right envato logo?

(simply opens on rollover, and rollover is applied to the whole logo)

+1 for the idea of making the site swicht more visible but i don’t think this is the right way to do it.

If we do it like this it will be very crowded up there. Don’t have a solution of my own at the time but i will sure think of one.

I’ll let you all know :D.

+1 for this suggestion. It would also be consistent with the categories button.

This dropdown style is across the whole Envato sitebase, so I would be unsure they would change it just for the marketplaces.

I do agree it can go a little unnoticed though – maybe make the arrows larger, sort of similar to what Mocarg suggested, but without the text?

Just my thought :)

Yeah, I also think enlarging the arrows will sort this problem out precisely.
