Changes to author dashboard

Yup, I too came here looking for an answer because when I click the “make all as read” button I’m also getting a 404 error, and my comments are staying put.

We’re looking into the ‘mark all as read’ comments issue, thanks for letting us know.

Why aren’t the Envato devs working on things that actually matter? Like searchable item comments or a mobile dashboard?

I agree. I don’t think that the “upload item box” is the most important thing on the dashboard to be so prominent.

in my opinion should be like this:

1 – “upload item” should be a button on the “portfolio” tab

2 – when the user clicks the button, shows the upload box

3 – on the dashboard, if the author doesn’t have any item in his portfolio, display a message teaching him how to do so.

I agree that “upload item box” is not that important.
Btw show/hide comments works for me.
Looking forward for new changes.

Both the new and old position of upload form is fine for me, nothing affects much. It would be better if there’s an icon for uploading new item in the dropdown menu when hovering over author’s name from front-page.

Funny you should mention this keep your eyes peeled.

Is it just me or does the “Help” button beside the “Next” button look like a disabled button? I think it would look better if it were just a link next to the button, or floated to the right. Just my .02 cents. Sincerely nice work developers!
