Update on mobile browser issues (cc @loreleyyy @mixmedia87 @EladChai)

We’ve been having trouble reproducing the errors exactly as described, but we’ve just deployed a fix for a bug that was causing a variety of pretty strange issues.

If you continue to have trouble signing in, please try clearing your cookies/cache and if you have any further trouble let us know.

http://photodune.net/author_dashboard produces an error page.
Haven’t seen anyone answer or address this. On photodune.net, under the user menu, at the top of the 2nd section is a link called Author Dashboard, that points to http://photodune.net/author_dashboard. That link no longer works. It points to an error page.

Just to clarify- this is where we are currently at:

Issues reported

  • Some users have reported having difficulty accessing sign-in on a variety of different browsers and machines. UPDATE: We’ve deployed a number of fixes to separate problems under this umbrella and are still working on solutions. If you’re still having difficulty please sit tight and wait for more updates.
  • Chrome does not offer to save passwords for Account Center login. UPDATE: We’re working on a fix, but if you experience this on any other browser please let us know.
  • Emails sent to verify new account or reset password may be going straight to your spam folder.UPDATE: Working on a fix now, if you haven’t received an email and it isn’t in your spam folder, please try again and then contact support.
  • More updates to come – thanks for your patience.
