We’ve been having trouble reproducing the errors exactly as described, but we’ve just deployed a fix for a bug that was causing a variety of pretty strange issues.

Still having the same problem.
Getting a captcha that disappears after a sec.
Captcha is not showing up on Lumia 800 using Windows Phone 7.8 on Internet Explorer 9 browser.

it’s very annoying that you need to write the Captcha each time when logging in.
