I’m having a little problem with the 365life theme i have installed it and the skin colors don’t seem to be working correctly. Do i have it linked correctly ?

Can any body help with this ?
The link below is for changing the themes color. However when using it it does not change the themes color even though everything is uploaded correctly. Can any body help with this ?
