Way too many images for a enewsletter. You need to use less images and more static text and things like that to get your message across.
Plus typography could use work.

Big improvement there, I’d give the buttons a little work over so they’re cleaner & sharper, and also use web friendly fonts. I’m not sure email clients can support Font replacement, and a coder would want an image light email.

Make the font either arial or verdana as those are pretty standard for email blasts.
Are you coding this yourself? If so make sure that you use an application to test the email so that you know it works in all email clients.

i am not coding, only psd.. and changed fontstyles to arial and bebas neue. may you look again?

you need to get rid of bebas neue as that isn’t a standard web font.
