Although this could be a good feature, you have to look at the cons of it as well. For example, lots of individuals wont want an extended license and if you only have an extended license for sale, then you just lost customers as a result of that. Perhaps if you’re able to set both licenses for those items it would work, but overall it just comes down to if you’re willing to lose that number of sales.I think you misunderstood the suggestion. No one’s suggesting selling ONLY the extended license. But right now you can only opt-in ALL your items or none of them to the extended license. It’s an all-or-nothing deal. We want the ability to opt-in individual items.
Regular licensing would still be the basic option
