In 3ds of interior designs, i see that the environment is nicely lightened up, and the windows produce a very soft and gentle light as if it was from the outside..how do i make this in cinema 4d?

Place a light source (sun-light) outside the window with target inside. In C4D a good way to do this is using v-ray renderer + v-ray lights.
