I am looking for a Theme (preferably Wordrpress) that would give me the ability to have a client portal/area, where my clients post information and attachments to their account for me to get later.

Anyone have any ideas of this type of thing??

Allows to create private client portals, file upload/download, private messaging, login alerts, etc…
