Hello,

I’m about to launch a new business and am looking for something to manage orders. This is what I would require:

Client places web design order, saying what he needs etc. > order shows up in control panel type interface/cms > i pick which order needs filling out from there and proceed.

Sort of like a project manager with orders integrated.

Any ideas?

You should hire someone to do you the job.

Right now I’m debating GoodBarry.com’s ecommerce features, I might be able to integrate them into my site. Ever use it?

Like segen, I developed my own software to fit my needs. If you want me to build one for you let me know.

The old activecollab 0.7 is still available for under an open source license (now being updated and maintained by project pier), might be overkill though, and could require a bit of modding. I’ve not got round to trying it yet as it’s been sitting on my pc for a few weeks. Actually i wanted to get confirmation that the open source license was still in effect for 0.7, which it is, confirmed straight from the horses mouth.

I would personally code it or hire me to do it… Would be a quite easy cakePHP or Rails app.

Hey,

Lukk, I was wondering if you managed to find something? I’m looking for the exact same thing at the moment.

Thanks, Andrew
