the license is between the author and the buyer so even if all the marketplace disappear it will remain valid.

Don’t worry. You still get to use the items you purchased. All this means is that people won’t have a place to purchase more. That said, you won’t have access to re-download the items for very long after the closure. Be sure to download any items you have purchased right away.
