Afer over 2 months of searching, I decided to buy the theme cnews

Big, big mistake.

The theme will only work in the demo. When you install the theme on your site, the theme causes errors with your hosting and a permanent error 503.

For every post you have to choose your sidebar. Which means that I have more than 1000 post without sidebar !!!!!!!!!! crazy decision by a programmer (toddler level)

CNews is a big scam and I want my money back.

I work with WP for the last 7 years and never, never seen a bad theme like CNEWS.

the only response from the developer is offended because I dare to show that their work serves

P.S: please if wrong place for my claim, move the post. my English is basic

Oh yes, I have discussed with the author of the theme in their support forum, but it is very worthy to accept their mistakes.

I remove the theme of my site. I have a permanent error 503 as send the image to a ticket.

Thank you very much for asking. ThemeForest is aware of the problem and acted in my favor.

Believe me I have 7 years working with WordPress and it’s amazing how poorly made this the theme is.

I hope Envato will solve your problem.

I tryed to help you many times at our support forum but you refused my help. If you have time to spend it on appeal – it’s your right. But I think you’d better spend it on reading of the documentation plus update theme to the latest version.

About the issue of 503 error please ask your hosting provider.
