Howdy everyone. I was wondering if I can purchase a slider from CodeCanyon (Extendened Licence), and use it in my html/wordpress templates.
Also, If I develop multiple templates, I have to buy a licence for each theme?

It depens on the author. You should contact the author first (because of new licences rules) and ask him what kind of licence or payment would suit him the best. But one thing is for sure – for every new theme you will have to buy licence again.
