kaaz saidWhere do you read one extended license per TF item?
if you want to sell your theme here, then one extended license per item
Your use of the Work is limited to a single application.
Thank you all for your responses. Its clear now.
Hi,
Well this does not feel right to me, I think the sliders’s author should also accept this, by the same principle above it looks to me like an author could buy an extended license for a site template, transform it to a WP theme than sell it as a WP theme here before the original author gets the chance to release the WP theme.
cheers! jayc

You can’t transform a Slider Plugin into a Wordpress Theme
No, to be serious – every author has the possibility to opt-out from extended licenses – so whoever wants to “transform” the own slider into a theme simply don’t sell it under the extended license.

Hi, Well this does not feel right to me…...
No, but you can transform it to a WP plugin, and sell it on CC right? We also have a slider and we ‘ve been working a lot building it (more than working for a theme), I would not like to see the slider sold as WP plugin before we get the chance to build it, this just made me remove extended license.
