I’m sorry if someone else already said this, but there are over 180 comments already…
I haven’t heard of this before and I think it’s an important change (my files were saying “no support” and I do provide support!). In my opinion Envato should email all authors when important changes like this happen.
Anyway thanks, because this is another great new feature ;)

+1 Pirenko! For me, both Authors and Clients should get automated information about the item and system changes.. Maybe changes level could be starred from 1 to 10 and importance level can be marked by author if to email for purchasers or not ? But an automated email should be sent by Envato to users, most of the users are missing these topics i guess.

Is it just me, but where can I edit my support text info ? I can’t seem to find that box anymore under Support Settings.

You’ll need to have one of the “Support of your items?” options checked under Settings > Item Support Settings to see the support text box.

No, you’re not doing anything wrong. That certainly doesn’t look right.

I’ve just double-checked and everything looks OK on our end on Chrome/Windows.

I see you’ve got Dashboard Plus and a couple of other browser extensions. My first guess would be that one of those is interfering with the page, so as a first step could you please try disabling your extensions and see if that fixes things?
