Can we get option to select multiple options inn support tab.
For example (Email + Supported through item comments)
I thought multiple channels would drive authors crazy. How important is this to you?

I was struggling with the same thing, as in the item support settings, i’ve selected “Supported through item comments”, then in the additional info box, I put:

“For general questions about item features, customization or setup, please use the comments section. For more specific questions and requests for advanced customization or installation services, feel free to use the contact form on my profile page.”

This kind of reflects how I currently provide support, through two channels, depending on the buyers problem. The item comment section is great because questions are asked that may help other buyers, but you also want to let them know that they could send an email if thats what they prefer.

We might try to generalize this into the Support or Comment pages a bit when Comments are selected.

Hey Justin – I just don’t understand the issue here, otherwise we would all have to restrict page content because it’s too long on mobile or is wider than mobile – use percentages if I’m missing something here please let me know.

Access to our support center is free and easy. Simply follow this link to register your account. We will then require you to enter your unique license code from your purchase which is available from your downloads page here at ThemeForest.net.

  • Visit your downloads page
  • Look for the particular item you are requesting support for
  • Look for the ‘Licence Certificate’ link next to the item
  • Download the file and open in a text editor
  • Look for and copy the unique code
  • Paste the code in the space provided when creating your support ticket

It is important you enter your license code as we must verify all purchases before we can answer your support request.

Here’s what I get:

As we can’t use strong or list items etc this is simply a block of plain text, which is not correct when attempting to address a web audience as things should have titles and emphasis on words where necessary – I don’t think anyone is looking for full html here, it would definitely be the wrong place for something that accepts divs and inline styling and full html – just basic styling would be nice.

don’t know if this was already noted but those should be checkboxes not radiobuttons.

I’m totally fine if the buyer will write a comment or send me a message through the contact form, yet I can’t chose both. It doesn’t make sense.

What authors AND buyers asked numerous times is to have some way of searching the comments. This should be the priority for the support part.
