good idea; question – will there be a license upgrade path for going from personal/noncommercial to regular commercial usage in projects? for example buy it personal, then decide later say 6 months I then want to use it commercial, can I upgrade license to rf/ pay the extra $12 or whatever later?

That’s an outstanding idea Graphic. I think they’re separate though. Mutually exclusive. TRAX items are not for licensing in projects and cannot exist as TRAX and AJ items…

That’s a great idea! We’ll work on those after we launch, thanks for the suggestion!

I also think all this is a wonderful idea. Still, I think for it to work really well some questions must be addressed at some point.

First, the question of transfering existing (0-sales?) works to TRAX . I think it wouldn’t do much harm to allow it under certain conditions. Otherwise, there are some cool pieces which are wasted because they are not really suitable for background use. Second, there should really be SOME way for the buyers to purchase an extended license for those TRAX items. Exaggerated though it may be, imagine someone makes an awesome piece of music with 10000 trax sales… and there is no way to allow someone to use it in a hollywood movie or a commercial? Third, in time this will surely need more functionality. To name just a few things, I’m talking artworks, separate icon in the profile, some widgets for web etc… but that’s future.

I know this has been mostly answered already but well, just sayin.
