Yap, I see the problem too. I bought a file yesterday and had a small problem with it. Hence, I posted the problem in the comments section and today when I checked back, only the comments that are 4 months old were there.. There were like 126 comments and only 5 are left.

From a customer support standpoint, this is a major problem. I’ve bought 3 products the last couple of days and with most comments now gone, my major source of info on common customization options/problems are now gone!
People in tech support better be all over this.

Big problems for me too with file comments. Lost comments and no buyer marks.
Hopefully this will be solved soon.
