I’ve spotted just lots of people with Proxima Nova on PSD files (Which is in a way or another allowed.) But it’s still showing a product that is not real, the customers can’t use that font or add their own text.

But I’ve just seen a theme that has Proxima Nova included, It has the light version of it too. I must ask, is this allowed? According to TF’s rules, commercial fonts shall not be included in themes, unless an extensive license is presented.

Ofcourse it looks amazing and there’s no font that comes close to Proxima’s Quality (Not even Monsterrat), but it’s a commercial font and it shall not be used. (Atleast from what I read.)

Can anybody shoot a reply on whether this is right or not? Because there are more and more people that use them.

Thanks.
