Truth is I was never big until about 5 years ago when I started working in front of a computer all day. When you work long hours it’s so easy to fall out of shape and if you live alone, it’s even easier to get in the habit of ordering junk food delivery . So I just kept slowly gaining weight over time but am glad I finally made a change.
