I’m looking for HTML templates for an conference/event website.

Here’s an example: http://eeci2009.com

Anyone know where I can buy something like this? Anyone creating something like this that they’re planning to sell? Let me know. Thanks.

Anyone making progress on this type of template or WordPress theme?

That site you linked to was really simple, if anyone did try and make a theme sort of like it they’d be rejected.

PS: I’m right now doing a site for a conference, I just used a standard template and throw out a ton of stuff.

@warll – That site has been updated since I first posted and is no longer a good example.

Here’s another example: http://dc2009.drupalcon.org/

I agree, it’s easy to to customize a template for someone. However, I get contacted by a number of nonprofits and small organizations that can’t afford to hire a web designer for their event. It would be great if I could point them to a $30 WordPress template.
