Hey everyone, if you have comments or questions for a reviewer, please submit a support ticket with those comments/questions asking for the reviewer you need. Once the support ticket is assigned to us, we’ll respond as quickly as possible.
Please don’t contact us via our profile page as that goes to our personal email. Envato’s policy is that reviewers need to handle all reviewing related queries via the support system, not their personal email. I get many emails from my profile page with questions that should have been submitted to support first and it ends up taking longer to get those questions answered.
