Content Restriction for numerous Groups

Hello,

I am looking for a plugin able to subscribe numerous users and user groups.

Ie…. Member 1 should be able to see Content 1 and Content 2 after login. Member 2 should be able to see only Content 1 after login.

Which plugin is recommendable for this task?
