Convert my HTML portfolio site to Wordpress

I need an experienced person to convert my HTML site (http://tinyurl.com/8vucxj5) to a Wordpress site.

I need 2 sites more (news/blog and service), an working booking form (i think an pop up form maybe, i will buy plugins if i we need here on codecanyon), subscribe form, all in the same style like it now look like, minimal, elegant..if you have any idea to made my site greater, i’m happy, and scroll down with snipe on mobile devices must be easyer as now..

I need to know what experience you have, how much it will cost and how long it will take?
