Hey,

Hoping this is in the correct forum – this is my first time posting here.

I’m on the hunt for a nice corporate theme. After spending about twenty minutes in the directory, I’ve noticed a lot of the themes are designed around having big images as a focus on the front page. While we have a few images to display, they’re not the focus of our site, nor will we have enough to necessitate a portfolio or slider or anything like that. I’m looking for something nice and clean that is primarily centered around textual content, with the option of adding images if that ever becomes necessary. Of course, it should look professional as well. I’m having trouble finding those kinds of things in the Corporate/Business categories here – perhaps I am not fully utilizing the search functions.

Suggestions appreciated.

Thanks.

A good solution would be to contract a freelancer that can design and code exactly what you need. :)

Also, most of themeforest themes are really easy to customize, so what you see in the demo is just one of 100 variations that the theme can actually have. ;)

How much does that usually run?

I’d like to stay in the $40 range like it says in the directory. Are there any you can point me to that sound like what I describe that may look differently on the live preview before customizations?

For 40$, you only can stay with premium themes and nothing else more. :P

About themes that are easily customizable, well, there are a lot. But from a really quick look through the gallery I can name a few…

http://themeforest.net/item/classica-minimalistic-wordpress-portfolio-theme/155672 You can remove the slider, if you don’t want to use it. ;)

Many of the themes that feature sliders on the front page have the option to remove them. I have a minimalist theme that has a slider on the live preview but it is completely optional and in truth the theme wasn’t originally designed to have one.
