Creating a Single Page Menu - Help Please

Hi all, I hope that it’s ok to post here to get some advice?

I’ve been asked by my boss to create a single page (HTML) that will consist basically of buttons that can take employees to various internal company applications. I’ve created a simple wireframe here:

My question is whether it would be better to use tables to hold the buttons (there will be many) or CSS ?

Sorry if it appears to be a silly question.

It doesn’t really matter, although these days, CSS is the preferred method of doing things.

The site 960.grid is a good resource to use for this to create your css.
