Is it possible? I also need more than one field but find that Contact form 7 and other contact form plugins dont seem to work. Contact Form 7 just goes blank.

Any ideas?

Contact Form 7 works just fine. For sure. Anyway, you could always build your own form.

Any ideas? I could make a custom field myself but would rather use CF7

How did you implemented the form? With a shortcode on contacts page? Check your form settings – may be you missed some tag? Never had any problems with CF7 .

Created my form in Admin->Contact->Edit

Created a form using the following:

Your Name (required)
[text* your-name]

Your Address

[textarea* address]

Telephone (required)
[text* telephone]

Your Email (required)
[email* your-email]

How did you hear from us?
[text how-did-you-hear]

Your Message
[textarea your-message]

[submit “Send”]

Pasted the following into my page:

[contact-form 1 “Contact form 1”]

Published etc, form looks fine on front of site but doesnt send anything, no emails or anything. I am wondering if its the Ajax thats not working, could it be conflicting with the JQuery?

Im using Adinda theme
