I just started creating a Site template and and after I submit this, I want to start creating a WordPress theme as well, because I think there is more money in it.

What I need to know is, should I create a WordPress version of the theme that I am creating right now? or should I create a different theme? I mean what are the advantages / disadvantages of doing that? I know it would be easy for me to create a wordpress version of my own theme, but will it sell enough? I’m not sure.

I will very much appreciate any remarks or opinions regarding this. Thanks.

Having both versions cater for user preference and if it is popular then yes it will save time to remake it but also be recognisable. If u make HTML then you can judge te call for WP from user comments too.
