cant use it, pretty much anything that says non-commercial cant be used in envato items

Im not sure about jw player but cu3er there fine as long as they dont update to the newer version thread found from the makers of cu3er here

I got told once by a reviewer that you can use a certain work from someone else in a project providing you have sufficient say by that person to do so. Also you can display the work in your project like an online preview but not include those files in the download.

So you can try an contact the person to see if its okay to display his/her work in your project but not offer it $$$

Just put it in the live demo but don’t include it in the downloaded version.
