CSS+Jquery navigation redesign

I have ready to use paid navigation drop down menu using css and jquery. I need someone to redesign it. What you get:

- css jquery files of original menu

bestinform.org/1/Script/Example1/index.html

- graphics of the menu that i need.

Drop down effects should stay, but the whole css thing should be redesign. I have one big background for the buttons, And i want them to have effect like this on mouse over:

charles-harvey.co.uk/plugins/animatedbackground/

So you get all codes and all graphics to use. Can anyone help and how much will it cost?
