I’m using cufon+sansation now, but the font replaced looks a little glowed, not sharp at all. I tried on/off some options on cufon js creation page but no luck, any ideas?

Just found it only occurs under firefox…

Could be that Firefox renders Sansation that way with Cufon. give us a link if you can.

Anyway, have your tried with @font-face instead of that cluttered Cufon?
