Hi there guys! Just comment that in the main page, at the popular tab, there are popular items with wrong count sales.
Cheers!

I think this is on a time basis, such as weekly.
It’s not a real time counter.. That’s why it seems incorrect to you
Ok so, it will be useful if it’s updated daily or more frequent
But I don’t know what’s the current traffic so… hehe
The popular items display the sales the templates have had in the last week I believe…

It’s not just here, it’s also incorrect on the other sites.
The developers are likely already aware and it should be fixed before too long
Great to here that. Thanks!

Hey people,
It’s not that it’s incorrect, it’s that ‘sales’ on the popular pages are counted differently.
Because a customer can purchase a file more than once, in order to prevent ‘gaming’, we’ve made it that no matter how many times an individual customer purchases a file, it is only counted once for the popular files pages.
For example, if customer A purchases file X 3 times, B purchases it 1 time and C purchases it 2 times, for the popular files page it’ll count as 3, not 6.
We will add a notice at the bottom of the page to clear this up
Sorry for the confusion – we should have done this months ago!

Kool
