Custom code/programming for Gonzo Theme

I am trying to add user ratings and author ratings into a data table for my homepage. Also i am having trouble with the code for this table..lol. I am looking for someone to create a table that i can put anywhere with some HTML one like this but with silver header;

and custome code that allows me to put user and author ratings in this table.

The author and user rating values are stores as custom fields on the posts. You will need to write some code that queries the desired posts, sorts the results by the desired criteria, and outputs the data, pulling the rating values from the custom fields.
