Custom Logo Design

Hi I’m new to the site and I am producing an upcoming Film Festival. I’m in need of a good artist who can create a logo for me and will be willing to work with me on it. I need the logo to look like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vpzUCA5i6zY at 1:23. Our theme is called VISION which will include an optical flare with a projector which is the icon of the film festival. So instead of Super 8 we would need “VISION” metallic letters and all.
