Hi there 
I have a client that requires a custom Wordpress theme (or modified existing theme).
We are looking to replicate a similar site (similar content excepting store finder as this will be the only store) including tyre selector functionality (exactly as donor site).
http://www.ktas.com.au/home/Needs full Admin UI with similar functionality to majority of Themes on TF. The Tyre selector also needs to have a simple, easy to use Admin UI. Simple widget areas similar to donor site are required.
As mentioned I don’t mind if the site is a modified existing theme from TF Colour scheme and fonts have yet to be decided upon so maybe this can be edited in the Admin UI also.
Take a look at the donor site and get back to me with an indicative quote please.

I think such theme with this functionality would sell good here, in our country for example, the Tyre business is a successful one and there are many potential clients. A mandatory feature should have a great search functionality by either tyre sizes (ex: 205/65/15), season or car size.

I just checked http://www.ktas.com.au/home/ and layout is pretty much standard corporate layout.
Any corporate theme on Themeforest can be customized to look like your reference site. Page layouts like this one http://www.ktas.com.au/tyres/ or http://www.ktas.com.au/tyres/brand/ can be customized as well from any of the page templates in corporate theemes.
I did a quick search and found a few themes which are closer to ktas site.
