Custom Wordpress Theme Needed

Hello all,

I am looking to outsource a project for a wordpress theme design.

Here is a summary of what the project will consist of:

• Wordpress CMS theme
• Site is mainly page content – client will not be using a blog.
• Will be a fairly content heavy site and will need a drop list style navigation menu.
• This is retail based site, though not ecommerce. The theme will need the ability to display images that can be somewhat easily changed.
• Code needs to be css/xtml/w3c/cross browser compliant.
• SEO friendly is a plus but can fix it myself if needed.

The designer needs to be reliable and able to complete the project within reasonable time frame.

This is a serious inquiry – I am seeking to hire someone to do this either as a custom design or to put up on themeforest where I can purchase it and customize it more in depth myself.

There is a potential of future outsource projects as I tend to get an overflow of work from time to time.
