Features look very nice…but why only wp theme publishers? As far as I know a significant portion of authors here offer support for their item and a lot of those buyers use wp. I could see this being a good fit for those who buy wp plugins.
Thanks for replying. We are initially only targeting Wordpress theme publishers, but we will support plugin publishers as well in the future. The reason for targeting Wordpress alone is so that we can integrate the support forums and ticket forms directly (and exclusively) within your customers WP admin dashboard.
Also, additional features not listed on the landing page are:

- canned responses (snippets)
- code formatting & syntax highlighting in messages
