Customization Request - WP Menus and CSS

I want help creating a menu (three menus, actually) that look like this: http://www.houmedia.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/Screen-shot-2012-10-30-at-1.04.20-PM.png found here http://www.blueridgectc.edu/ They must be controlled by wp custom menus, please no additional plugins.

Will be implemented here: http://betagccsa.houmedia.com —Using the Nimble theme purchased here.

Will pay via pay pal once work is completed.
