customized Synergy - Responsive & Interactive HTML Portfolio

Dear friends I have purchased this template that I would like to modify a little bit but I can’t manage to do it . could you help me please ?

you know , when we click in the menu “portfolio” we can see all the images that when we click , enlarge and give us some informations . I would like to add in the information location, a link like “click here for for information” that when I click , will lead to a webpage such as the aboutus/phylosophy style web page.

I put a link using a simple href tag but it is not working .. it keeps loading ..
